I cancelled my free trial but still got charged
If you cancelled your free trial but still received a charge, don’t worry - this can happen for a couple of reasons depending on how and when the cancellation was made.
Apple (iOS) Users
Apple has a strict policy for subscriptions managed through the App Store.
If you don't cancel more than 24 hours before the end of your free trial, Apple may still process the payment. This is fully controlled by Apple, and we (Praktika) cannot prevent or reverse these charges from our side.
If this happens, please request a refund directly from Apple. If you contact our support team they will refer you to this article as Apple fully controls the refund process.
