Unfortunately, all payments made via the App Store and Apply Pay are handled directly by Apple, and we have little power on their decisions!

To request a refund:

  1. Go to Apple's Refund Request Page and sign in.

  2. Click “I’d like to”, then select “Request a refund.”

  3. Choose the reason for your refund request and click Next.

  4. Select the app, subscription, or item you want refunded, then click Submit.

  5. Wait 24 to 48 hours for Apple to update you on your request.

💡 If you can’t find the charge on reportaproblem.apple.com:

  • Search your email for a receipt from Apple.

  • If you're part of a Family Sharing group, sign in as the family organizer to request a refund.

  • If the charge is still pending, wait for the receipt before submitting a refund request.

  • For additional assistance, visit Apple Support.

Important: If you are on the free trial and cancel less than 24 hours before the end of the free trial Apple will still charge you. If this happens, please immediately request a refund from Apple and they will be obliged to refund you.
