Unfortunately, all payments made via the App Store and Apply Pay are handled directly by Apple, and we have little power on their decisions!
To request a refund:
- Go to Apple's Refund Request Page and sign in. 
- Click “I’d like to”, then select “Request a refund.” 
- Choose the reason for your refund request and click Next. 
- Select the app, subscription, or item you want refunded, then click Submit. 
- Wait 24 to 48 hours for Apple to update you on your request. 
💡 If you can’t find the charge on reportaproblem.apple.com:
- Search your email for a receipt from Apple. 
- If you're part of a Family Sharing group, sign in as the family organizer to request a refund. 
- If the charge is still pending, wait for the receipt before submitting a refund request.
