Dear [Supplier Name],
As you know, the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) will take effect from the beginning of next year. Many companies across Europe are still not fully prepared for compliance, and we want to make sure our value chain is ready together.
At [Your company], we have decided to use Prduct.com as our EUDR compliance solution. The platform helps automate processes, reduce manual work, and ensures that documentation is collected and shared efficiently. Manual processes with emails and spreadsheets quickly become unmanageable, so we would encourage everyone to consider whether a system could support your organization as well.
It is, of course, free to choose whatever solution you feel best fits your organization. At the same time, by choosing the same system as your customers and stakeholders, you gain some clear advantages: seamless data sharing between supplier and customer, easy sharing of certificates and due diligence statements, and a direct overview of your supply chain with policies, documents, and required signatures all in one place.
In addition to EUDR compliance, Prduct also includes tools for managing risks and policies, digital product passports, an overview of suppliers and product origins, and integration with EU Traces and automatic due diligence statements. It also supports regulations such as PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), EPR, GPSR, and CSDDD.
If you have not yet chosen a system for your EUDR compliance, we recommend that you take a look at Prduct.com. Aligning with [Your company] and other stakeholders in the value chain can help simplify collaboration and reduce unnecessary duplication of work.
We look forward to continuing our collaboration with you and ensuring our value chain is compliant together.
