When submitting a Cash Credit approval for a location in a US Territory, you may get an error like this:
This is us because D&B is not accepting the State code. To bypass this:
Change the State Code to a valid US state temporarily
Choose the option to use the Proposal Customer Information.
In the Notes for Credit Approval Team, add a note to identify the state.
Once the Request is created, update the customer information on the requirements tab to the correct state code.
