To add equipment to a deal you will need to navigate to the proposal's equipment page. You can find that in the left hand toolbar of the proposal called "Equipment"
Once here you can add equipment by clicking on the "+ Add Item" button.
After you click "+ Add Item" you can either browse categories to find the machine you need or you can use the search function to search specifically for the unit you need to add.
Once you have the device that you want to sell selected you will need to choose the accessories you want to add to the machine. You will do this by clicking into the catagories (Feeding, Finishing, Technology or Options) and clicking the toggle box for the accessories to add.
Once you have the accessories you need you can click the ">Add" button and it will add the unit into the proposal.
Once you add the equipment you will need to add both the delivery location and the delivery checklist information. To add the delivery location you should select "Set Location"
Once here you can either choose an address that is already built in the system or you can create a new address by clicking the "+ Create New Location" button.
Once you address has been selected you will need to set the delivery checklist. You will do this by clicking the "Set Checklist" button.
Here you will need to set the delivery information. Preo has the ability to pull some contact information in if this is an existing customer by clicking the magnifying glass and choosing the person you need. Or you can enter the information in manually by clicking in the individual box and typing.
Once you have the delivery checklist completed in its entirety you will scroll to the bottom and click "Checklist Complete" and then hit save.
