How to Use the 360 Install Management Dashboard in PREO

Purpose

The 360 Install Management Dashboard was created to monitor and assist the 360 team in installing various remote service technology options.

Workflow Overview

  1. Dashboard Creation & Purpose

    • The dashboard is integrated into PREO and will automatically report in the remote service technology elected across all proposals.

  2. Weekly Process

    • Renee McNeese pulls a copy of all CFM orders from the dashboard once a week. To pull the report you filter the Stage to all deals under review and further, then you filter to just the two CFM options. Last you filter "360 Complete" to no. Once all the filters are applied, export the report. Once the report is exported you filter to remove anything that shows "LIH (meaning license in hand)" and then you have your complete list.

    • Renee sends this list to Scott Aicher every Monday.

  3. Regional Assignment

    • Scott Aicher’s team divides the list by region.

    • Each region submits its own CFM ordering requests via the CFM Ordering Form for XBS (created by Phil Rose).

  4. License Ordering

    • Once the form is submitted, licenses are ordered.

    • Licenses are then sent to Ben Marsh.

  5. Dashboard Updates

    • Ben Marsh updates the 360 dashboard:

      • Notes in 360 Team Notes that the license is in hand once he gets the license.

      • Updates the 360 Install Date when its installed

      • Updates the FMP Training Date when the customer has been trained

      • Marks 360 complete when the CFM order is 100% complete.
