XBS Users:
The method for requesting access to PREO has been updated. The new process will still leverage Service Now, but an approval workflow has been added to aid in request and approval tracking.
Here is the link to submit a Request for PREO access/changes:
Complete the Form and click Submit:
In the application user Requires Access To, select PREO from the drop down.
In the PREO Access Level Requested, select appropriate level:
Sales_User - Access to proposals created by the user or when assigned as an overlay. Typical Sales Rep user.
OTC_OrderDesk - All proposals in the Core assigned to the user. Typical HCL/TCS User.
OTC_DealAdmin - All proposals in the Core assigned to the user plus Deal Admin checklists. Typical HCL/TCS Deal Admins.
Sales_MPSUser - Access when mapped as MPS Overlay on Proposal
Sales_SoftwareUser - Access when mapped as Software Overlay on Proposal
Sales_XITSUser - Access when mapped as IT Overlay on Proposal
Sales_Leader - Access to Proposals where user is assigned as an overlay or Director, RVP, or VP.
Sales_President - Access to all Proposals within assigned Region
Comp_Administrator - Access to all Proposals within assigned Region & Commission data with Commission Management tools
Ops_Scheduler - Read only access to Proposals within Region and Order Scheduling tools
Ops_Manager - Read only access to Proposals within Region and Stop Scheduling tools
Ops_Driver - Read only access to Proposals within Region and Driver POD interface
Ops_Analyst - Read only access to Proposals within Region and post-sale management tools (Install Management, 360 App Team Management)
ClientSuccess_User - All proposals in the Core assigned to the user. Typical Client Success User.
CFO_Approver - Read only access to Proposals within Region. Able to approve/reject Requests.
Corp_MLUser - Global Read Only access used typically used for BCG users and internal controls users.
API_eCredit - API user for eCredit connection
Admin_Regional - Full access to data and settings for regions linked to the user account. (PREO Champions)
Admin_Global - Full system access. (Global Admins)
In additional information field, for Sales Rep requests, please include their Manager’s name and, if available, their Compensation Plan name and appropriate Quotas.
When approved, your request will be forwarded to a PREO Champion for completion.
HCL/TCS Users:
New HCL/TCS user requests should be created using the existing "Impact" process.
In the request, make a note to also request PREO Credentials
Existing HCL/TCS user requests should follow the instructions above by creating a request via ServiceNow.
