If you are attempting to generate a document and the document is not opening, then most likely your browser has a pop-up blocker. Use these steps below to disable your pop-up blocker and try again.

Change your default pop-ups & redirects settings
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More
Settings.
Click Privacy and security
Site Settings
Pop-ups and redirects.
Choose the option that you want as your default setting.
