In some cases, you may want to sell a Xerox device that is not listed in PREO as an available item. Typically, this is because the device was not activated by preference of your region. If you'd like to request for this item to be added, you can take the following steps:
Contact your Manager and provide them the details of what item you would like to add to the PREO pricebook and why.
Your Manager will work with Randy Baril, Steve Barret, and Frank Ferreira to determine the viability.
If it is determined that the item is approved to be added to the PREO pricebook, they will provide the appropriate Rep Costs for main frame and accessories to PREO team directly.
The PREO team will build / activate the item with the appropriate costs and make it available for general use within the region.
If you have an urgent situation and you would like to add the device to a proposal before it becomes formally available, you can enter it as a Third Party Item following these instructions and contact your Director for pricing information.
