How To Remove Equipment from Lease Funding

Sometimes you need to "give-away" a device

You may not want to include all devices on your lease. It is common to "Give-Away" printers as part of a deal so the customer does not have to worry about returning the devices at the end of the lease. When we do this, the revenue is allocated to the devices that are included on the lease which puts pressure on the MSRP Overbook Check. As long as the other devices can handle the expense of the "give-away" devices, then you will not have an MSRP Overbooking issue.

Here is how to remove a device from the lease payment / lease paperwork.

Open the Equipment Page

Switch to the Pricing View

Change "Include in Payment" to No

Notice the Price is now $0

Confirm the MSRP is not Overbooked

If you are Overbooked, you will need to Request a Custom Lease Rate
