From the proposal tracker screen, click on 'document library':
The entire Document Library will display. You can use the search function to narrow down your results:
If you cannot find a particular doc that you're looking for, reach out to a PREO champion via the PREObot.
Highlight the file you're looking for and select 'download' to obtain the desired document:
