Your username and password is your Xerox S3 account. PREO will redirect you to log on to your S3 account (Microsoft) or will automatically log you on. There is not a way to reset password or a link for forgot password.
If your credentials no long work, please create a new service request using ServiceNow.

Can you provide an update…
Navigate to your proposal and click on the "chat" page. Use the chat to send a message to the order team. This is a replacement for emailing a distribution list. You can also use @ signs within chat to notify specific people.
