The PreOrder Now app automatically tags orders containing preorder items. These tags serve as essential markers, distinguishing preorder items from regular inventory and providing customers with clear delivery timelines.
How PreOrder Tags Work:
When customers place orders containing preorder items, the app automatically tags these orders with identifiers such as "Preorder."
This tagging system helps merchants and warehouse staff identify and prioritize preorder shipments effectively.
There could be several reasons why your orders aren't being tagged with the "Preorder" tag:
It may take a little time for the tag to be added to the order after it's placed.
The order was paid using express checkout methods like PayPal Express Checkout, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, etc., which aren't fully supported by the app yet.
The order was placed on a sales channel other than the Online Store.
The order was placed from a location where the preorder button wasn't visible. For example, the preorder button might not work on the collection page. We recommend checking all locations where your product can be purchased. If the preorder button isn't working in some places (this often happens with customized themes), contact customer support to resolve the issue.
In any of the above cases, the "Preorder" tag won't be added to the order. If you've experienced something different, feel free to connect with our support team via live chat or email.
