You can modify your Cart Label in the Default Settings or Custom Settings, depending on your setup.
For Default Settings:
Navigate to the main menu and click on Default Settings.
Scroll down to the Cart Settings section.
Enter the updated text in the Cart Label Text field.
Click Save to apply the changes.
