We don't support currency conversion yet. However, if you have provided us with a percent-based pre-order discount, it will work perfectly fine. The discounts will be calculated using the percentage you've specified. When the user proceeds to checkout, the pre-orders are created in the default currency of the store. This is why you will see the default currency and the discount applied in the same currency on your checkout page.
