Career Explorer is designed to help job seekers and employees find the next job in their career path along with the required skills for that position.
This feature allows users to upload their resume from which PreprLabs will extract their experience and skills. Users also have the opportunity to enter additional skills not found on their resume.
Users can enter into Career Explorer the next job in their career path. Based on this information, PreprLabs will suggest related jobs that may be of interest.
From the total list of potential jobs created by the user or suggested from Career Explorer, the user can identify their favorite jobs to further explore. The user can also identify favorite skills that they want to further explore. The user will be able to sort jobs and skills alphabetically or by recently added.
For each favorite job, Career Explorer will provide a closeness of fit analysis to the user's identified skills.
For those skills which are missing or the user wishes to enhance, Career Explorer will suggest Labs, Challenges and Resources to explore.
Once the user has completed the Labs and Challenges for the newly acquired skills, this information is automatically added to the User's Profile.
