The 3rd Party Integrations workflow allows authorized users with manager roles to seamlessly connect and manage third-party integrations within the system.
Please note that only individuals with the role of Manager can select HR applications for integration.
Selecting HR applications for integration is required in order to import contacts from HR applications into Organization, Labs and Challenges. Step 1 - Go to Settings Page
Step 2 - Select Integration tab
Step 3 - Select the Organization for HR application integration
Step 4 - Select the desired HR applications to integrate by clicking on the Activate button to the right of the HR application name
Step 5 - Request that your System Administrator enter the API key for the request HR application
Please note, if your System Administrator needs help with the API key, please contact support@prepr.org.
Upon successful authentication, the integration will be marked as connected, and the Remove button will become visible.
To remove a HR application from integration, simply click on the Remove button. The system will prompt for confirmation. Once the removal is confirmed, the integration will be disconnected and the Integration Status will revert to Not Active.

Step 1 - Go to Manage tab then Manage Organizations
Step 2 - Click on HR Integration button for your Organization
