If you switched phones, reinstalled the app, or your subscription isn’t showing, you may need to restore your purchase. This will reconnect your active subscription to your account. Restoring your subscription will reconnect your purchase to the app. Follow the steps below depending on how you subscribed:
How to Restore via the Apple App Store or Google Play
Log in to the Primed Mind app
Open the app on your mobile device.
Open the subscription screen
If the subscription prompt appears, scroll to the bottom and tap Restore Purchase.
If you don’t see the prompt
Tap the settings icon (top right corner).
Select Subscription from the menu.
The subscription prompt will open — scroll to the bottom and tap Restore Purchase.
If restoring wasn’t successful
If you still can’t see your active subscription after restoring, it may be that you signed in with a different account. Please follow the steps in our guide on Finding Your Subscription.
