Need help logging into your My Account page? Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you locate the login info you’ll need to get started.
What You’ll Need
To log in, you’ll need your AccountEdge Serial Number.
This is a 12-digit number beginning with either a 1 (for US customers) or a 5 (for Canadian customers).
👀 Where to Find Your Serial Number
Method 1: From the Registration Window
Some versions of AccountEdge display your registered serial numbers at the top of the screen. You’ll see it listed next to the license and version information.
Method 2: From the Help Menu
If you’re unable to locate your serial number from the screen, you can find it by:
Opening AccountEdge.
Clicking the Help menu in the top bar.
Selecting Registration from the drop-down.
Your serial number will appear in the registration window.

Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
2. Choose: “I need help logging in to the website.”
3. Enter your 12-digit serial number — (no spaces, dashes, or extra characters).
4. You'll be asked you to confirm the number. Click the blue button that matches your number.
5. The chat will then display your login credentials, so you can access your My Account page.
🔐 Once You Have Your Login Info…
You can now sign in to your My Account page to manage your licenses, downloads, and subscriptions.
