Dynamic Ticket tiers allow you to account for flat amounts in your Ticket Revenue - whether you want to add subscription tiers, platinum tiers, or discount tiers as a flat amount to your show gross, Dynamic Tickets have you covered.

Using a Dynamic Ticket Tier

  1. In the Revenue tab of your event, click the dropdown arrow attached to Create Ticket and click Create Dynamic Ticket.

    1. Once created, Dynamic Tiers will always display at the bottom of the Ticket Table.

  2. Add your Flat Amount to the Potential Gross column to add the revenue. Note that adding a Dynamic Tier while the event is in a Hold status will include the amount in the Estimated Revenue.

  3. On the Offer, Dynamic Tiers will contribute to the gross potential shown in the Ticket Table.

    1. Note that per-ticket Pre-Settlement Fees or Facility Fees will not be backed out from Dynamic Ticket revenue.

  4. Once an event is in a Confirmed status, the ability to add Actual revenue to the Dynamic Tier becomes available.

  5. On the Settlement, the flat amount from the Actual Gross column will reflect in the Gross Revenue.

How Dynamic Tiers Are Taxed

Amounts added to the gross using a Dynamic Tier are pre-tax amounts, and will be subject to the Tax Amount built into the Prism event. Taxes will calculate against the entire gross revenue, including any Dynamic or regular ticket tiers.

Note: Additional Revenue Included in Net Gross allows you to include post-tax amounts into the Net Gross. Dynamic Tiers allow for pre-tax amounts included in the Gross.
