We offer three competitor monitoring styles that you can choose from based on your needs.

URL-based

Manually add competitor product URLs, and prices will be updated three times per day.

This is best for store owners who tend to have a smaller or less dynamic set of competitors, where manual tracking is manageable.

⚠️ Important: When adding a product, make sure to enter the exact product URL.

Channel-based

Competitor data is automatically fetched from Google Shopping and Amazon (you can choose either or both) by matching the 12-14 digit barcode (GTIN/UPC/EAN) of each product. Competitor listings and prices are updated daily (once per day), and newly found competitors are added automatically.

⚠️ Important: Manual product link input is not supported with this method.

Hybrid Model

With this model, you get the benefits of both auto-match and manual link input. Products with valid barcodes are automatically matched and updated once per day, while competitor product URLs you add manually are updated three times per day.

This setup is ideal for users who want maximum flexibility.
