Creating a Filter/Collection
To create a Filter/Collection, go to the Products page and select New Filter, then specify the desired conditions.
Once you’ve applied them, select Filter.
After the results are displayed, click Save Filter (Collection) to save the filtered view for future use.
You'll then be able to see the saved Filter/Collection at the top of your Products page.
Once the Filter/Collection is set up, you can:
Export a report based on the filtered results
Set up notifications for the selected Filter/Collection
Apply a dynamic pricing rule to that specific Filter/Collection to activate SmartPrice. For detailed step-by-step instructions, please refer to our SmartPrice article.
Using Tags to Create a Filter/Collection
💡 Make use of product Tags to simplify filtering and Filter/Collection creation.
For Standard (non-Shopify) account users, you can assign tags to your products during the initial upload using the Batch Import feature. Simply include the relevant tag information in your import file to organize products more efficiently from the start.
You can add multiple tags by separating them with commas.
Or, by editing the product and creating a new tag.
If you have a Shopify-integrated account, you can add the tag(s) from your Shopify admin/dashboard.
Extra Note for Shopify Users
⚠️ Shopify users: Shopify Collections and Prisync Filter/Collection are different. Filter/Collection is created and managed only within the Prisync panel.
If you want to use your Shopify collections in Prisync, you’ll need to replicate them using filters. You can do this by applying product Tags as filter criteria, then saving the filtered results as a Filter/Collection in Prisync.
