Card Fee Schedule — Prive Technologies Limited

This Card Fee Schedule is part of the Prive Card Agreement and sets out the fees applicable to your use of the Prive Card.
1. Card Issuance
1.1 Physical Cards
Premium Metal Card: $99.00 total (Card fee $39.00 + Shipping $60.00)
1.2 Virtual Cards
Virtual Card: $10.00 (currently 50% off — $5.00 with active discount)
2. Card Top-Up / Funding
Top-up fee: 0.50% of the funded amount
Minimum top-up amount: $0.50
Maximum top-up amount: $999,999.00
Network fee per top-up (blockchain gas): USDT — $0.05; USDC — $0.05
The network fee is charged in addition to the percentage-based top-up fee and covers the cost of processing the transaction on the underlying blockchain network.
3. Card Withdrawal
Withdrawal fee: 0.00% (no fee)
Minimum withdrawal amount: $0.01
Maximum withdrawal amount: $999,999.00
Network fee per withdrawal (blockchain gas): USDT — $0.05; USDC — $0.05
4. Transaction Fees
Domestic Transactions: No additional fee
Foreign Currency (FX) Markup: 2.00% of the transaction amount
ATM Withdrawal Markup: 1.00% of the withdrawal amount
5. Decline Handling Fees
Fee per declined authorization: $0.50
Applies when your decline rate exceeds 5% of total authorization attempts
Minimum of 10 authorization attempts required before the decline rate is calculated
Each authorization attempt, whether approved or declined, incurs processing costs charged to Prive by the card network. This fee helps offset those costs when decline rates are unusually high.
5.1 Worked Example
A cardholder makes 100 authorization attempts in a billing period, of which 12 are declined. The decline rate is 12%, which exceeds the 5% threshold. Only the declined authorizations are subject to the fee: 12 × $0.50 = $6.00. If the cardholder had only 4 declines out of 100 attempts (a 4% decline rate), no decline handling fee would apply because the rate is at or below the 5% threshold. Similarly, if a cardholder has fewer than 10 total authorization attempts in the period, the decline rate is not calculated and no decline handling fee is charged regardless of the number of declines.

7. Other Fees
Card Closure: Free
Statement Request: Free (available in-app)
8. Fee Changes
Prive may update this fee schedule with fifteen (15) days' prior notice via email or in-app notification. Current rates are always available at prive.money/legal/card-fees.
