Why do my deposits get refunded?
The payment may have been flagged due to compliance policies by our service partner
Large deposits may require a clear payment reference or supporting documents such as an invoice, contract or proof of funds. If the partner does not obtain this information as required, they may return the payment instead of processing it.
Are the funds lost?
No. If a deposit is reversed, the money will be returned to the bank account it was transferred from. This will appear again on your bank statement after the reimbursement has been fully processed.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to appear in your original bank account.
