You may wonder why you do not see "investor comps" or the % of ARV on the comparative market analysis of the property you're looking at. You may be just not in the right circumstance for investor comparables to display. The % of ARV only shows in certain situations.

1. The comparative market analysis for the property you're looking at has to have been found using a search filter that used % of ARV as the deal criteria. If you use the search bar to find a specific property there will not be investor comparables, and thus no % of ARV.

2. If the property you're looking at was found using a % ARV search filter, the % of ARV column only shows when you're toggled to the investor comp view (default view). If you click any of the other statuses then the % of ARV will not show.
