Privy Preferred is one of our favorite features. We’re firm believers in the idea that investors should be targeting areas that have Investor Activity in them. These are areas that have other fix and flips being done by other investors. We're able to identify these by running our comping algorithms against the real time MLS data.

Our Privy Preferred badge identifies properties that have superior comparable data. These investor comparables have historical information proving to be profitable fix and flips and include Before & After photos and original versus flip valuations.

When a property you're analyzing has fix and flipped comparables then it's easier for you to determine the ARV of the subject property. It's also easier for you to PROVE the ARV because of of the comparables was actually flipped. Appraisers and wholesale buyers love to see comps that were flipped.

A Privy Preferred property has better comps than the average deal. What makes the comps better? It's when the comp has before and after data. If it does, it's likely a fix-n-flip done by another investor. If one of the Investor Comps for your subject property has Before and After data then we flag the subject property as Privy Preferred.

In the table below, see how some of the investor comps have before and after data.

How do you identify a Privy Preferred Property?

When a property has been identified as a deal AND at least one of the Investor comps (in blue) has Before & After data then we flag the subject property as Privy Preferred.

You can search for only Privy Preferred properties by clicking the check box next to the Privy Preferred Only filter in our search panel.
