Once the installation and setup for the Premium plan are complete, Product Customizer will display option line items, prices, and analytics data on the order page.

On the order page, the cost of customization will be listed next to the Customization Product along with the reference number for the order. The app uses a factor and multiplies it by $0.01 to calculate the value of the customization, which is then added to the unit price. For example, the factor 0.01 is multiplied by the figure 10,000 to yield a $100 customization charge.

Below the Customization Product, the main product section will display any customization line items added to the order, including file uploads, checkboxes, and other options selected by the customer.

This section also includes PC Analytics data, which powers our interactive analytics dashboard within the app. These insights enable merchants to track sales, make informed decisions, and serve customers more effectively. However, the PC Analytics data does not display at the cart level unless the cart is highly customized. In such cases, feel free to connect with app support, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Additionally, the reference number and quantity will be displayed here, linking the customization cost directly to the specific order.

Further down, you’ll find a detailed breakdown of the total cost, which includes both the customization cost and the product cost. This section also displays the standard Shopify order details along with clickable buttons for easy navigation and management.

Scrolling further down, you’ll see the Order Flow from checkout. This section provides details such as where the order was placed, the time of placement, the order confirmation code, payment details, and customer information.

You’ll also notice a notification from our app indicating that the order has been edited. This update ensures that the customization details are included in the order reports. These details will also appear in the Additional Notes section at the top of the page.
