How to Add a Lead

There are 2 methods to add a lead into the CRM.

Method 1.

1. Click the search button at the top right.

2. A Search field will pop up. Click the '+' sign at the right.

3. 'Add a Lead' window will pop up. Fill out all the fields with the lead details.

Take note that all fields here are required.

4. After filling out the fields, click 'Add'

5. You will also see an 'Advanced' button at the left side.

6. Clicking the 'Advanced' button will take you to this screen where you can enter additional details about the lead.

Click 'Submit' after filling out the details.

Method 2.

1. Hover over the 'CRM' option at the top of the page.

2. From the dropdown list, select 'Leads'

3. In the Leads page, click the '+ Create' button at the top right of the page.

4. This will take you to the same page earlier, where you can enter basic and additional information for the lead.

Click 'Submit' after filling out the details.
