To quickly locate specific information within your schedules, you can use the Search, Filter, and Sort tools available in Programa. Here’s how each one works:
1. Search
If you’re looking for a specific product name or product description, use the Search bar at the top of the Schedules page.
Tip: The Search tool only works with keywords found in two specific fields: product name and product description. For other fields, such as product details, status, brands, doc codes, etc., please use the Filter tool.
2. Filter
You can filter your schedule using a variety of fields:
Order reference
Doc code
Brand
Supplier
Price
Status
Lead time
Product description
Product details
There are two types of filters:
Dropdown filters: For example, in the Status field, you can select options like "Approved" from a dropdown menu.
Text input filters: For example, in the Brand field, you’ll need to type the brand name you want to filter by.
Once filters are applied, your schedule view will update automatically, reflecting only the items that match your criteria. To return to the full view, just click "Clear Filters."
Note: Filters apply across all tabs: Summary, Financial (including overall and section totals), and Procurement.
3. Sort
You can sort your schedule by the fields bellow:
Order reference
Doc code
Brand
Supplier
Price
Status
Lead time
Product description
Product details
Click the arrows next to a column header to sort alphabetically (A–Z or Z–A) or numerically.
Tip: You can combine filters and sorting to create a more refined view of your schedule.
Exporting your Filtered & Sorted view
You can export a selective view based on your filtered and sorted selections, having the option to export only the filtered view, only the sorted view, or both combined.
To do this:
Apply your desired filters and/or sorting options
Select the items using the checkboxes
Click the ‘Action’ button to export only the selected view.
Note: If you only need to export a sorted view, simply sort the Schedule view as desired, then click the 3-dot icon in the top-right corner to export it as a PDF.
