Owner: full access. Can manage the team, change anyone's role, and make other people Owners. A company can have more than one Owner.
Admin: everything an Owner can do except assign the Owner role. Can invite people, remove members, and promote Members to Admin.
Member: manages their own account and notification preferences only. Can see the team list but can't make changes to it.
A company can have more than one Owner
Owners can promote other people to Owner, Admins can't. Every company needs at least one Owner at all times: if you're the only Owner, you can't remove yourself or step down until you've made someone else an Owner first.
What a Member can edit on their own account
Members manage their entire My Account themselves, photo, name, title, phone, territory, LinkedIn, email, and password.
Territory only works if the company has territories set up in Settings → Company, done by an Owner or Admin. If it hasn't, the field sits greyed out until it has.
