Finding a project

Once you have a Programa account, you don't have to keep referring back to your inbox to find the relevant project link. Everything you're working on lives under Projects in the main nav. Clicking into it lands you on a page split into three tabs:

  • All: every project you're connected to, regardless of status.

  • Invitations: projects a studio has invited you to that you haven't accepted yet.

  • Archived: projects that have wrapped up or gone quiet, kept out of your main list without deleting the history.

Clicking into any project takes you to its Overview page, and your home base for everything below.

The project sidebar

Every project has the same four tabs down the left-hand side:

  • Overview: (as per above image) action items needing your attention, quick counts (Opportunities, Orders, Est. project value), and the studio's contact details and designers on the right.

  • Opportunities: every product a studio has asked you to price, grouped by stage (with designer, accepted). Covered in Responding to a quote request and How quote acceptance works.

  • Orders: purchase orders placed against accepted quotes, with status from order placed through to delivered. Covered in Managing purchase orders.

  • Project Files: specs, drawings and other files the studio has shared with you on this project.

These four tabs are your home base for everything on this project. Most first-time questions come up in Opportunities - see Responding to a quote request for what happens once a studio asks you to price something.

Next: see Responding to a quote request for what to do when a quote request lands in your Overview tab."
