How does synchronization between Acomba and ProgressionLIVE work?
Synchronization between Acomba and ProgressionLIVE is essential to ensure that customer and product data remain up to date and consistent across both systems. Here is an overview of the available synchronization processes:
Automatic synchronization
Typically, an automatic synchronization is configured to run on a regular basis. This synchronization takes place every morning, from Monday to Friday, to keep data up to date without manual intervention.
Manual synchronization
If you need to synchronize data immediately or outside of the automatic synchronization schedule, you can trigger a manual synchronization. Here are the steps to follow:
Go to the Manage section in ProgressionLIVE.
Select the relevant category, either Customers or Products.
Click on the Synchronize with Acomba option to trigger the manual synchronization.
These two options ensure that your data is always up to date, whether automatically or according to your specific needs.
