Getting Started with Fulltime - AI Receptionist

Begin your first steps with Fulltime - AI Receptionist.


1. Log in to your account

Access the Fulltime platform by going to gofulltime.ai and log in using your credentials.

Two login methods are available:

  • Password login: enter your email address and password.

  • Verification code login: a temporary login code will be sent to your email address.

If you have access to multiple companies, use the dropdown menu to select the desired company.


2. View your dashboard

After logging in, you will be taken to your main dashboard. It displays various information related to your use of Fulltime, including:

  • Call statistics

  • Follow-up tasks

  • Performance indicators

Key metrics

New: Today Number of new follow-up tasks created today that require your attention.

Notebook: Size Total number of follow-up requests that are still pending resolution.

Total Callers: Number of unique callers who contacted your business during the selected period.

Repeat Callers: Number of customers who contacted your business more than once during the selected period.


Features

Performance reports

Reports can be filtered by different time periods:

  • Today

  • This week

  • Last 7 days

  • This month

  • Custom period

The following data is available:

  • Total number of calls

  • Number of unique callers

  • Minutes used

  • Estimated revenue (calculated from a per-call value configured in Fulltime)

Trend chart

Visually displays call volume over time. This chart helps identify your busiest periods and analyze changes in call volume.

Call topics

This section shows the topics most frequently discussed during calls. Example topics:

  • General inquiry

  • Repair request

  • Emergency service

  • Quote request

  • Residential customer

  • Appointment booking

Peak call hours

Allows you to quickly visualize the times of day when your business receives the highest call volume.

Calls by day of the week

Shows the distribution of calls across the different days of the week to identify the busiest days.
