Intelligent Matching helps you find the right talent—faster. Instead of manually reviewing thousands of submissions, Project Casting automatically ranks applicants based on how well they match your job description.

You get more relevant candidates, better submissions, and fewer distractions—so you can focus on hiring the right people, not filtering through the wrong ones.


How It Works

Our Intelligent Matching System automatically evaluates each incoming applicant using the criteria you've set in your job post. This ensures that only the most relevant candidates are prioritized in your dashboard and notifications.

Matching is based on key factors such as:

  • Location

  • Skills

  • Age range

  • Gender

  • Other role-specific filters (such as body type, availability, union status, etc.)

Each applicant receives a ranking score based on how closely they match your criteria. This score is applied within your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and used to determine which candidates are included in your email notifications.

The result? You spend less time sorting through unqualified submissions and more time reviewing candidates who actually fit the role.


How to Enable Intelligent Matching

Intelligent Matching is enabled by default for all job posts and is fully integrated into your Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

If you'd like to reduce the number of notifications or only receive alerts for high-quality applicants, you can adjust your email preferences to rely solely on Intelligent Matching.

You can manage these settings from two places:

  • Company Settings → Profile → Notifications

  • Step 5 (Confirm) of the Job Posting flow

Look for the "Intelligent Matching" option under the Job Application Email Notifications section and select it to ensure only top-matching applicants trigger notifications.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of Intelligent Matching

  1. Use a clear and descriptive job title

  2. Write a detailed job description with key responsibilities

  3. Specify required skills, experience level, and availability

  4. Apply filters like location, age range, and gender where relevant

  5. Mention important traits or qualifications in the summary section

  6. Choose either Intelligent Matching or Real-Time Alerts during job posting
