If you’ve decided to deactivate your Project Casting account, follow these simple steps to close your account.

Steps to Deactivate Your Account:

1. Log in to Your Account:

• Start by logging into your Project Casting account with your username and password.

2. Visit the Settings Page:

• Once logged in, navigate to your account settings by visiting the following link: Project Casting Settings.

• Alternatively, you can click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen and select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.

3. Find the Deactivate My Account Option:

• On the Settings page, scroll down until you see the “Deactivate My Account” option.

4. Click on Deactivate My Account:

• Click the “Deactivate My Account” button. You may be prompted to confirm your decision.

5. Confirm Deactivation:

• A confirmation message will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to deactivate your account. If you’re sure, go ahead and confirm.

6. Account Deactivated:

• Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to your profile or any of your previous submissions.

What Happens When You Deactivate Your Account?

Access: You will no longer be able to log into your account or access any of your data, including job applications and messages.

Profile: Your profile will be removed from public view and from search results.

Reactivation: If you decide to return, you’ll need to create a new account as the deactivation process is final. In emergency situations, contact our support Help Desk to regain access to your account. There may be a Reactivation Service fee.
