If you’ve decided to deactivate your Project Casting account, follow these simple steps to close your account.
Steps to Deactivate Your Account:
1. Log in to Your Account:
Go to the Project Casting website and log in using your username and verification code.
After logging in, you’ll be directed to your Dashboard.
2. Go to Subscription Settings
From your dashboard, click on “Subscription” in the left-hand menu.
Alternatively, you can access it directly by visiting:Project Casting Subscriptions
3. Find the “Disable Account” Option
On the Subscription page, look for the “Disable Account” button located at the top of the page.
4. Click “Disable Account”
Select the button and follow the prompt to confirm your decision.
5. Confirm Deactivation
A confirmation message will appear asking you to verify that you want to deactivate your account.
Click Confirm to complete the process.
6. Account Deactivated
Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated immediately.
You will no longer have access to your profile, job applications, or messages.
7. Clear Browser Cache
Your profile may still appear temporarily due to cached data.
To remove it from view right away, clear your browser’s cache after deactivation.
What Happens When You Deactivate Your Account?
• Access: You will no longer be able to log into your account or access any of your data, including job applications and messages.
• Profile: Your profile will be removed from public view and from search results.
• Reactivation: If you decide to return, you’ll need to create a new account as the deactivation process is final. In emergency situations, contact our support Help Desk to regain access to your account. There may be a Reactivation Service fee.
