Step 1: Log In and Access Your Dashboard
Begin by logging into your Project Casting account. Once logged in, you will automatically be directed to your user dashboard, which provides access to your profile, job applications, subscriptions, and more.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Subscriptions” Page
From the left-hand navigation menu, click on “Subscriptions.”
This section displays all current and active subscription plans associated with your account.
If you do not see any active plans listed, this means you are not currently subscribed to any premium services.
Step 3: Cancel Your Active Subscription
If you have an active subscription, you will see details such as the plan type and renewal date. You will also see a “Cancel” button or link next to the subscription.
Click the “Cancel” option. You may be asked to confirm your cancellation. Once confirmed, your subscription will be scheduled to end at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Step 4: Important Reminder
To avoid being billed for the next period, please ensure you cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date. Once a charge has been processed, refunds may not be available depending on the terms of service.
You can continue to access your premium features until the end of your current billing cycle even after you cancel.
