Accessing the Integrations Page

  1. Click on the hamburger menu in the top-left corner of your ProLine dashboard.

  2. Scroll down and select "Integrations".

  3. On the integrations page, locate SendJim on the second line and click its logo.

By default, the SendJim integration will be turned off until you authenticate with your account.

Enabling the Integration

  1. Click "Enable Integration" to begin.

  2. You’ll be redirected to SendJim’s login page.

  3. Enter your SendJim email and password.

  4. (Optional) Check “Remember me” for convenience.

  5. SendJim will prompt you to grant access to ProLine. Click "Allow Access".

After permission is granted, you’ll be redirected back to ProLine where the integration setup will complete. If the integration is set up correctly, you’ll see a green checkmark in the top-right corner.

Management via Project Tags

Once integrated, you can exclude specific projects from using SendJim by referencing ProLine project tags.

Common Use Case:

Many users use this feature to stop automated review requests or other communications with homeowners that do not wish to be contacted with automations.

To do this:

  • Assign a tag to any project you want to exclude.

    • Blacklist is a common tag contractors use with ProLine.

Adding SendJim to a Campaign

You can now include SendJim in your automation sequences:

  1. Open an existing or create a new campaign.

  2. Click the plus (+) button to add a new campaign action step.

  3. From the action type dropdown, scroll to the very bottom and select SendJim.

Selecting the Automation

  • Under “Automation to Trigger,” you’ll see a list of available automations.

    • ProLine uses only the Quick Send endpoint for SendJim.

  • Choose the automation you wish to trigger.

    • Automation options are coming over from SendJim and will be listed the same.

  • Click Save to confirm the step.

Note: If the automation list doesn't appear, the integration may not be properly set up. Confirm that the green checkmark is visible, or reach out to SendJim Support for help.

Example Workflow

Once configured, your campaign may look like this:

  • Send a text

  • Send an email

    • Wait 4 business days

  • Send a text

  • Send an email

    • Wait 7 business days

  • Trigger a SendJim automation (ex: postcard)
