Integrations Page

  1. Log into your ProLine account.

  2. Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner.

  3. Scroll down and select Integrations.

  4. On the Integrations page, find and click into the box that says ProLine API Credentials.

    1. Click on on the API Key and it will automatically copy the full code

    2. This key will be required to authenticate ProLine within RQP.

  5. Once copied, click the Go Back button on the top right corner to go back to the full integrations page

  6. Now you are ready to open the RoofQuote PRO square to start integrations set up.

Step 1: Connect RoofQuote PRO to ProLine

  • Login to your Roof Quote PRO

  • Open the dashboard

  • From the navigation menu, go to the Developer Info page.

  • Click the Connect Account button under ProLine's logo

  • Enter your ProLine API key you copied earlier

  • Then click Connect**.**

Once authenticated, the systems will be linked, and you can begin configuring how leads transfer from RQP into ProLine.

Step 2: Configure Integrations Rules

Integration rules allow you to define what happens when a lead is created in RoofQuote Pro and sent into ProLine.

  • Assigned Team Member

    • You can choose to assign new leads to a specific team member

  • Contact Campaign

    • Select a campaign to automatically start when a lead is imported.

    • Recommendation: “RQP Lead Speed to Lead” campaign provided by ProLine.

  • Project Stage

    • Choose the stage you want the lead to automatically get moved to

    • Recommendation: Choose a stage that doesn’t have automatic stage triggers unless you want the campaign to start from that trigger instead of the integration settings.

  • Project Category

    • Choose the category you want the lead to automatically get assigned to

  • Project Type

    • Choose the type you want the lead to get automatically assigned with

  • Project Services

    • Choose the services you want the lead to automatically get assigned to

    • Can choose more than one

  • Project Tags

    • ProLine will automatically select “RoofQuote PRO” but can be removed and new tags could be chosen instead for all new leads to be assigned with

  • Contact Type (New Contacts Only)

    • This is preset to be “Customer” but can be something else if chosen.

    • This only applies to new contacts.

      • If the contact already exists in ProLine, no duplicate will be created, and the existing data will be preserved.

  • Lead Source (New Contact Only)

    • Won’t override the lead source for existing contacts.

    • Must be set for new contacts.

  • Contact Tag

    • Choose the Contact Tag you want to be automatically assigned to contacts coming in from RoofQuote Pro

  • Area Measurement Field

    • You can map the total area from the RQP instant estimate into any of your measurement fields in ProLine.

    • Typically, you’ll map “total area” to a “total area” field, but you can choose any field depending on your preferences

    • These options reflect what you've configured in your ProLine account and will vary based on your setup within company settings.

Once all rules have been selected you can now select the ENABLE INTEGRATION button at the bottom of the page.

Final Notes

Once your integration settings are saved, RoofQuote Pro leads will begin flowing into ProLine according to your defined rules. This setup ensures your team gets the most out of lead data from RoofQuote Pro while automating campaign outreach and organizing project information efficiently.
