Connecting Your Email and Calendar to ProLine

Initial Setup

When setting up your account, ProLine will prompt you to connect your email and calendar right after you choose your phone number.

  1. Choose to sign in with your email provider. For Gmail users, click Sign in with Google. For other providers, select the Other Provider option.

  2. After clicking your provider, choose the email account you want to link to ProLine and log in.

  3. You'll be prompted to give permissions for ProLine to access your calendar and send emails on your behalf. If you see check boxes, check all to ensure ProLine functions correctly. Click Allow. Once you allow the permissions, ProLine will finalize the connection. You’ll see a confirmation page, and then you can return to the setup process.

  4. Select which specific calendars to connect. ProLine supports multiple calendars, so you can have separate calendars for different functions like sales or production. Otherwise, it might cause scheduling conflicts. Once you’ve chosen the calendars, click Continue.

If you’re still in setup, you’ll get a congratulations message after completing the set up.

Managing and Reconnecting Email

Should your email become disconnected or if you wish to change the connected email, head to the the integrations page. From there, you can choose to connect a new email address. The steps are the same as they are above!
