Follow these steps carefully to connect your email to ProLine:
Navigate to the integrations page in ProLine.
Click either "Connect With Google" or "Other Provider" in the email connection area at the top of the integrations page.
Type in your email address.
Log in to your email account.
IMPORTANT: Select ALL unchecked boxes on the permissions page. Including "Send email on my behalf". If you do not do this, the connection will fail.
Wait for the email connection page to say "Email Connected" at the top.
Confirm that your email is connected by looking at the integrations page. The email connection area will be green with the word "disconnect" on it.
Common Issues:
My email won't connect when I try to connect it from my phone.
Solution: Please log in to ProLine on a computer to complete the connection.
I get an error "Sorry, an error occurred :(" and my email doesn't connect.
Solution: This happens when you have not checked all the boxes on the permission page while connecting. Try again and make sure to check ALL boxes.
