Setting Up Filters
Before exporting your projects, you may need to apply custom filters to export only selected projects.
Click on the hamburger menu > All Projects.
Apply filters like location, status, or lead source to narrow down the projects.
Click Show Projects to apply the filters.
Exporting to CSV
Once you have your desired set of projects displayed using the filters:
Click Export CSV.
Click Export on the pop-up that appears to start the export process.
Depending on the size of the data set and the number of projects (up to a maximum of 10,000 per export), the process may take up to 10 minutes.
The exported file will be sent to the email associated with your ProLine account.
