Accessing Contacts on the Data Manager
Open your ProLine account.
Tap the Menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
At the top of the menu select Data Manager
This will open a new tab in your browser. In the top-middle of the screen, you’ll see several options.
Select Contacts to continue.
Viewing All Contacts
By default, you will see all contacts, which can be overwhelming if you're actively using ProLine and have a large dataset. From here you can:
Use Available Filter Options:
Tags: Filter by any Tag you have set in your Company Settings. See how to configure them here.
Campaigns: Filter by your existing campaigns. Learn more about managing campaigns here
Automation Status: Use this filter to display contacts with campaigns set to Active, Paused, or Stopped.
Steps: After selecting a campaign as your filter, you can narrow the view to show only contacts at specific steps of that campaign
Started Campaign Before and After: Define the timeline you’re interested in viewing, based on the date the contacts were added to the campaign chosen.
Past Campaign: Filter to view contacts who have gone through a specific campaign at any point in the past.
Contact Type: Filter by any Contact Type you have set in your Company Settings. See how to configure here.
Lead Source: Identify contacts based on their lead source (e.g., web form, referral). See how to configure it here.
Contact Tags: Filter by any Contact Tag you have set in your Company Settings. See how to configure them **here.**
Last Project Location: Filter based on project Location. This can be done one location at a time or you can select multiple locations to view at once. See how to configure them here.
Last Project Status: Filter contacts that are associated to a project by their project status. These statuses are defined in your Company Settings and are configured according to project stages. Learn more here
Sort Direction: Organize the data either A to Z or Z to A (ascending/descending).
Zip Codes: Narrow the view to a single or multiple postal areas.
Managing the Contacts section.
From the contact list, you will see two buttons to the right of each contact name. From here, you can:
View Campaign Status – On the far right of each contact’s row, the Play button indicates whether the contact is on a campaign.
If on a campaign: Edit next steps, stop it, or change it.
If not on a campaign: Start a new one directly from here.

Viewing and Editing Contact Details
Click the Contact Card icon on the far right of the contact’s row.
A new tab will open, displaying the full contact card.
Here you can:
View and edit all contact details.
See activity history.
Check associated projects.
Access related files.
