Release and Replace a ProLine Number
There might be situations where a phone number becomes less effective or undesirable due to spam or other complications. Releasing the number and selecting a new one can resolve the issue. Here's how to do it.
Click the hamburger menu > Manage Team. Select the team member with the number you want to replace.
Click the Unlock icon that appears by the user's name.
Type RELEASE in the text field and click Release.
Upon release, the user's profile will update to show the absence of a ProLine number.
The user will then receive a prompt in their account to choose a new ProLine number. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the selection. Check out this guide on setting up a ProLine number to learn more!
