Managing multiple locations in ProLine allows you to customize settings and templates for each location, making it easier to handle different addresses, billing details, and unique review URLs.

Managing Location Settings

To manage your locations, go to hamburger menu > Company Settings > Locations. Here, you can open and edit any of your existing locations. You can change the name of the location and set a different address if needed, which will appear on your invoices.

Example:

  1. Navigate to hamburger menu > Company Settings > Locations.

  2. Click on the location you want to edit.

  3. Change the Name and Address fields as required.

  4. Save your changes.

Setting Up Review URLs

Each location in ProLine can have a unique review landing page URL, typically your Google My Business URL. This helps direct customers to the appropriate review page based on their location.

Steps to setting up a review URL:

  1. Navigate to the location settings from hamburger menu > Company Settings > Locations.

  2. Find the Review Request URL field.

  3. Enter your Google My Business URL or any other review URL (e.g., Yelp, Facebook).

  4. Save your changes.

Setup Vendor & Service Taxes

Add your vendor (sales) tax and service taxes at the bottom of the locations tab for your service areas. Then, assign these to your different locations. ProLine will automatically apply these taxes to future quotes for projects in each location. Click here for more details about how ProLine handles taxes.

Note: Changing taxes for a location does not retroactively change or remove taxes already added to projects or quotes.
