How to display a time-limited coupon

How to set up a display showing a coupon with a usage deadline. Here's an example of setting up a coupon offering 15% off with a 30-minute expiration.

This article is for users of Shopify and Wix.

Example setup: Using the "Newsletter" popup template, create a "30 minutes only – 15% OFF" discount coupon and display it.

Steps

  1. Click Skip starters, see everything.

  2. From the list of email popup templates, select "Newsletter (Gray)."

  3. Click "Form" to open the form editing screen.

  4. Turn the "Email" toggle off, then click the "Submit Button."

  5. Change the label to something like "Get Your Coupon!"

  6. In the main view, edit the text as follows: "15% OFF Sale Now On!"

  7. Open the Thank You page, and add a coupon from Add Content.

  8. Click the coupon to open the editing screen. Edit it so the deadline is clear, e.g., "This code is valid for 30 minutes from now."

  9. Click the coupon, then open the coupon settings screen via the Edit button.

  10. Configure the coupon details and set the usage period to "30 minutes."

  11. Set the trigger conditions, switch to Live mode, and you're done.
