You can restrict who receives a coupon by configuring the "Who can complete this form" setting in the Actions tab.
Note: This setting applies only to coupons delivered in the "Thank You" view or by email — not to coupons shown in the "Main" view. The option will not appear if the form does not have an email address field.
Steps
Open the display and go to the Actions tab.
Find the "Who can complete this form" option and select one of the following:
Only new customers — Coupons will not be sent to email addresses already registered in the list set under "Enter collected information into".
Anyone, a single time— Coupons will not be re-sent to someone who has already received one from this display. (Click "See coupon history of this display" to check the list.)
Anyone, multiple times — Coupons are delivered regardless of whether the person is already in the list or has received one before.
