You can restrict who receives a coupon by configuring the "Who can receive the coupon" setting in the Actions tab.
Note: This setting applies only to coupons delivered in the "Thank You" view or by email — not to coupons shown in the "Main" view. The option will not appear if the form does not have an email address field.
Steps
Open the display and go to the Actions tab.
Find the "Who can receive the coupon" option and select one of the following:
New customers only — Coupons will not be sent to email addresses already registered in the list set under "Which list to register submitted data to".
Anyone, once per person — Coupons will not be re-sent to someone who has already received one from this display. (Click "View coupon history for this display" to check the list.)
Anyone, unlimited times — Coupons are delivered regardless of whether the person is already in the list or has received one before.
