Autoresponders is a feature that lets you automatically send follow-up emails to users who submit a form containing an email field. You can send a single email immediately or after a delay, or build a multi-step sequence with variable timing between each message.
Autoresponders (follow-up emails) are available on paid plans only.
How it works
When a user submits a form that includes an email field, Promolayer triggers your configured email sequence. To activate autoresponders for a display, create an email template first, then assign it in the display's Actions tab.
Key settings
Email template — Select from templates created in the email template editor. See Create an email template.
Send timing — Send immediately after form submission, or after a specified delay.
Multiple emails — Use the [Add] button to chain multiple emails in sequence, each with its own timing.
