Lists (Contacts): Overview

How to view, filter, and manage your contacts (form submissions) using the Lists feature in Promolayer.

Lists is a feature that lets you collect and organize contact data submitted through Promolayer forms. Submitted data is saved to lists automatically, which you can segment and export as a CSV.

How it works

When a visitor submits a Promolayer form, their data is automatically saved to the assigned list. Create multiple lists to separate contacts by campaign, display, or audience segment.

Options

Create a new list

Go to the "Lists" menu item in the top bar

Assign a display to a list

Display editor → Actions → Promolayer list

Export contacts as CSV
