Can I invite other users to my workspace?(Plus Plan Only)

Explains how to invite additional users to a Promolayer workspace, who can send invites, and the required plan level.

This feature is available only on the Plus plan.

Q: Can I invite other users to my Promolayer workspace?

A: Yes. Workspace owners on the Plus plan or higher can invite additional users (team members) by email. Invited users receive a sign-in link by email, and once they sign in, they join the workspace as a member.

This feature is available only on the Plus plan. It is not available on the Free, Micro, Basic, Standard, Professional, or Enterprise plans.

Only the workspace owner can send invitations. Members cannot invite other users.

How to Invite Users

  1. From the workspace list in the top right of the dashboard, open the settings page for the workspace you want to invite users to.

  2. Click "Manage" for that workspace.

  3. In the "Workspace Members" section, click "Invite users to [workspace name]".

  4. Enter the email address of the user you want to invite, then send the invitation.

  5. The invited user signs in via the link in the invitation email and is added as a member.

Invited users are always added with the member role. There is no option to assign a different role (such as admin). If the email address has already been invited, the message "This email address has already been invited" will be displayed.
